SHIPPING POLICY

We offer fast and secure shipping to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition. Here you'll find all the information you need about shipping times, costs, and methods.
Countries served: We ship to Italy and major European Union countries. If you require international shipping outside these areas, please contact us before purchasing to check availability and costs.
Processing times: Each order is processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. During sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Delivery times: Italy: 2-15 working days
EU: 3–7 working days
Outside the EU: 7–14 working days (if available)Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the location and courier.
Shipping costs Italy: – Free shipping
Couriers used: We work with reliable couriers such as GLS, SDA, UPS and DHL, depending on the destination and required speed.
Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor its delivery status.
Delays and responsibilities: We are not responsible for any delays caused by: Strikes, weather events or force majeure
Errors in shipping data entered by the customer: Customs clearance in non-EU countries
Damaged goods: If you receive a visibly damaged package, we invite you to refuse delivery or sign for it with reservations. In any case, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and the product.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Refund Policy: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or refund by following the instructions below.
Return times: You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Refund Conditions: To be eligible for a refund: The item must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition in which it was received.
It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).
Non-refundable items: Products purchased on sale or during promotions may not be eligible for a refund, except for manufacturing defects.
Custom or made-to-measure items are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty or in error.
Return procedure: Please email us at shop@arpel.it within 14 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with return instructions and the address to ship the item to.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective items or shipping errors.
Refund Time: Once we receive and inspect your product, we will send you a confirmation email and process your refund via your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
